Introduction
Our Return Portal is a self-service interface designed to streamline the process of returning orders for your customers. It enables shoppers to generate return labels and complete return requests online, without the need for a printed label included in the shipment or manual customer support.
Our Return Portal improves the returns experience by delivering a branded, configurable, and localized interface that integrates with your existing Seven Senders order and shipment data. It replaces a printed return label with an intuitive digital workflow that guides the customer through authentication, return creation, and label download.
Our Return Portal supports multiple languages and display localized content based on the customer’s preferences, making them suitable for international operations.

Return Portal Light
A basic returns interface that enables customers to:

The Return Portal can be accessed via a link. If deep-linking is enabled, users will be able to access the return portal without any authentication. If not, users must enter their an order ID and email to authenticate they've made an order in your shop.

Once the user has entered their order number and email address they will be asked to confirm that they want to create a return for this order

Once the user has requested the return and the label has been created, the user will see the confirmation screen, where they will be able to download the label. A confirmation email, also with the label, will be sent as well.
This version works with standard order and shipment data and requires minimal integration effort.
Return Portal Pro
Enhanced returns interface that builds on the standard portal and adds:

Return Portal Pro requires extended data exchange between your systems and Seven Senders, including detailed item-level order data.
