The Parcel Finder is a central search functionality within the Seven Senders Portal that enables you to quickly access detailed information about any order or shipment across all integrated carriers.
Searching for an Order or Shipment
The Parcel Finder offers multiple search options to help you locate the relevant order or shipment efficiently. The following search methods are available:
Tracking Number or Order ID
Enter the tracking number or the order ID to retrieve the specific shipment or order directly.
Email Address
Enter the customer’s email address to display all orders and shipments associated with that email within the last six months.
Full Name
Enter the customer’s full name (first and last name, e.g., Max Mustermann) to display all related orders and shipments from the last six months.
These flexible search options allow you to quickly identify the relevant shipment and access the required information.
Understanding the Results
The search results provide a preview of key shipment or order details, including:
- Current shipment status
- Creation date
- Recipient name and address
- Carrier and destination country
For more comprehensive information, click “View Details.” This will provide full order and shipment information, including tracking events and additional operational data.
