Deprecation Notice: ETA Date Field Removal

On February 9, 2026, the ETA date field will be removed and replaced with the better-maintained Estimated FDA field.

No action required from you as the transition will be handled by Seven Senders entirely.

What's Changing

Effective February 9, 2026, the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) date field will be removed from our Analytics platform.

Why This Change

The ETA field calculation logic has remained unchanged since 2017 and no longer reflects our current operational standards. Meanwhile, the Estimated FDA (First Delivery Attempt) field has been actively maintained with improved logic that accounts for public holidays, business days, and other factors that impact delivery accuracy.

Moving forward, we will only keep the better-maintained field, so we can provide you with more accurate delivery estimates and reduce complexity in our platform.

No Action Required

We will handle this transition at our end. On February 9, 2026, we will swap the ETA field to use the Estimated FDA data. Your existing dashboards and reports that currently reference the ETA field will continue to work seamlessly with the improved data.
